DYC has diversified women’s choice of sexual partners while being married , so he is indeed the right man to speak on this subject, the true woke Justice
He should be best judge in Saudi Arabia & Afganistan . Export quality judge. May be bring billion dollar by business. BCI believe alien also trying to heir him to their judiciary system.
*Then why dont you eliminate nepotism sir? Why dont you make effort to formulate policy whereby even a son of a daily wage labour can be a high court or supreme court judge through an exam open to all by paying nominal exam fees?.......We dont want your lip service, we want representation in judiciary.*
Very valid opinion, but you do realise that there is internal politics involved and let's just say if he wants to implement that change, by being vocal about it he may alienate himself where most of the SC court judges have chosen to silently comply with the government. These things take time but the people at least should remain vocal and make sure their voices grow stronger and louder everyday on these issues.
@@abhinavkumar2156 How much time brother? We are celebrating "Azadi ka amrit mohotsava"...... Lets see he is going to be cji in few years. Let alone NJAC he could have issued directions to all courts to appoint independent body for recruiting judges through equal and equitable platform whereby line of start would be same for everyone like UPSC. But he supported collegium the system which is under the control of few families since independence. Brother unless some judgment comes out dont expect from communal politicians to make judiciary to be diversified. Further, question of women can be understood by women, dalit by dalit, minority by minority and so on..... No one claims every wisdom to have in his pocket.
@@rajeevkamra9120 I am not disagreeing with you. And I understand these concerns. But you cannot expect chenge from the top in a country like India which has historically followed Hierarchial structures of caste, gender and class. Change has to come from the bottom and we have to proceed with bottom to top approach in my opinion. So inclusion of Women and SC judges should at least start at a district level. And then to a higher courts. Until and unless people like you and me who are not in favour of the collegiate system are in majority and have representation both vertically and horizontally in the power structure you cannot expect change. It's as simple as that.
You need to understand that account of the inherent bias, it is much easier for males to speak up than it is for females. Opportunities such are these are necessary to restore the balance
The host simply asked the female audience to pose their questions, quite possibly due to questions coming form male sections only. Went to a seminar once with an overwhelming female attendees and the speaker there specifically asked the male population the same thing. This strategy is merely used to coax out the members who might be hesitant to speak up due to lesser no. This makes the event higly interactive.
I was happy to know Justice quoting text from the book "Pedagogy of Oppressed" by Paulo Freire. In the classroom at NCERT it was always suggested by Prof. B. Ramesh Babu to us.
He is the son of Y V Chandrachud longest serving CJI, he will be now CJI and his son Abhinav Chandrachud who did his highers education from Stanford and Harvard is advocate in High court, won't be surprised if he makes headlines for becoming CJI in future but yeah he has the gall to speak on diversity and merit General category will face the wrath of critical race theory which is evil theory for india I say this as OBC Very ugly times ahead.
He is one of the most disgusting things that happened to Indian justice system due to filthy collegium system of recruiting judges which is full of nepotism. It is our great misfortune to have a person like him in our judiciary who almost normalised extramarital affairs of married women, putting direct harm on the social fabric
@@animikhaghosh6536 conscious Indians are disgusted by this judge....only characterless women who think extramarital affairs are their right support this kind of people in judiciary
Ameero aur Rasookh waalo k chochle hai ye sab. Asliyat m ek SHO/lekhpal/tehsildar k saamne ek fariyaadi ki kya halat hoti hai wo judge sahab ko malum hi hogi . Lekin uska koi solution search nahi karta keval badi badi baatein karte hai
R a court ka badhte case suljhao. Sirf Gyan na diya karo. India ka yahi problem hai, apna kaam chodh k baki chiz me Gyan dete rahte hai log. Cricket se actor se koi vi.
Justice Chandrachud as usual speaks with an erudition and logic which is his hallmark. By the way one observation about the badly aligned ducts in the background of the stage, an eye sore. Wondering with its fabulous talent pool can the IITs not do an elegant job ?
It is absolutely evident that the collegium will destroy the culture of this great nation. All patriots should come forward to put an end to this evil and put democracy above collegium and there by re-establish the NJAC act passed by the parliament. IITians please listen to enlightened personalities like Sadguru .
