Justice for Kluyts | Defence exchanges harsh words with magistrate 

This lawyer is a racist. He was comparing white men's court cases to this black mans court case.

If you know that one of your rights is to receive or be subjected to a fair trail, you will understand that it is like being a passenger in a taxi that is being driven recklessly. Will sit quite at the comforting promise from the driver that nor matter how he drives you will all arrive safe or will you raise an alarm against him on the spot that you don't like the way he is driving you? Now trial that is perceived to being run unfairly is bound to call for concern to the parties whose fate must be determined by the driver of that court.

Most of the time I dont think anyone understood what he was saying besides law people. Using so much jargon and big words for no reason just to seem smart...

His behavior is distatefulfor an advocate. Already he is showing that his client is guilty and this case is too heavy for him to handle. He needs to humble himself and let God guide him. I heard a lot about this boy where he used to live, there is a couple that will be called to testify because they were also victims of this boy.
