The boy spent the whole night partying in Alex, right? Took a taxi back to Sandton, got delayed in a coffee shop and finally made his way home and discovers a dead body. Fine! In this case the law will have to be assited by scientific evidence. First of all, evidence must be presented to the court proving exactly what time could have the teacher been killed. Secondly, that time must be tested against Bafana's whereabouts, his time. Was he still in Alex? Or, in the coffee shop in Sandton? Or, on his way home? Or, at the exact location the teacher's body was discovered. The same camera showing him walking down the street in his all black clothing and later in the teachers blue shirt must have at least captured one or two of his activities when he was murdering the teacher. Or any other camera for that matter. There is a very interesting comment here which stated that without a car, how did he dump a dead body there. Acting out of fear will surely make you fail a reasonable test.
