When Genral zod, Brainiac, Solomon Grundy, Joker and Harley Quinn attacks metropolis Louis lane finds out every superheros on justice league (Superman, batman, wonder woman, flash, cyborg) went missing. She calls Mystery inc to solve this mystery. Scooby doo, Shaggy, Velma, fred and Daphne came to metropolis and investigates the issue.
