For me, it was Return of The Joker (after he found out about Batman’s identity and when he publicly returned)

Especially with Luthor. Joker is chaotic evil, unpredictable, you never know what his goals or intentions are. Luthor, on the other hand, is cold, imposing, without morals or inhibitions, the personification of evil. He’d go so far as to create supermen, all in the name of science (and then watch as they all plummet to their deaths). That’s why I have a deep respect for Lex Luthor.

Lex would be a good hero if Superman never came. He is evil but he still cares for humanity

This version basically looks like a darker version of the original Joker design and he looks awesome. Wish they did this look instead of whatever the heck they did in New Batman Adventures

This Joker design was actually introduced in the Batman Beyond Movie, which aired before Justice League.

Joker knows Batman well, he knew how and where Batman would stealthy get inside and so he was able to surprise whack Batman from behind with the bag of rocks. But Batman knew it was a trap.and intentionally allowed himself to get knocked out and captured as part of his plan to dismantle the Injustice League from the inside, firstly by cleverly playing then against each other.

Yeah, after what happened to the deal the Joker made with Lex, the last thing the latter wants to do is work with the former again. Joker even said that he has learned from hard experience to always keep an eye on Batman, since Lex felt so confident that he could defeat Superman with his new suit, he didn't felt the need to watch over Batman anymore. Lex's own arrogance is what caused Ultra-Humanite to betray him and let Batman go.

This was during the start of the infamous Bat-Embargo. Basically DC thought it would be too confusing for characters in Batman to be in different worlds such as the Batman show that was airing at the time and the Dark Knight films. So as a result, each character was basically restricted to one property. It was starting to take effect in Justice League since really the only Batman characters that appear besides Batman are Alfred, Joker, Harley, Clayface and Firefly. By Justice League Unlimited, all Batman characters were off-limits besides Batman himself. Similarly, "The Batman" animated show couldn't use villains like Ra's al Ghul, Two-Face and Scarecrow since they were being used in the Dark Knight movies. Thankfully it's not really in place anymore
