This opening theme somehow conveyed a very strong sense of duty and morals, which I feel is exactly how superhero shows for children should be. Also it is something that is missing in today's shows.
This will always hit my heart. I’ll never forget watching the first episode with my Dad. He was more excited than me to see his childhood heroes came life. He spent the entire time explaining who was who, and was simply amazed by the whole experience. He became a kid again. I hope one day I will be able to do the same with my child. To share a moment in wonder and awe.
This show taught me good Choices aren't always the easy ones, sacrifice is the sound of an oncoming success and that just because someone looks bad, doesn't mean they are bad. It taught me being a hero didn't have to mean wearing a cape and having powers, and the greatest ability any of us had was the ability to do the right thing.
Anytime someone tries to tell me I had unrealistic expectations for the DC Cinematic Universe and the Justice League movie, I just point them to this series and say, "No. My expectations were ABSOLUTELY ATTAINABLE."
I always loved how in the intro they are portrayed almost like demigods that stand above the rest of humanity too serv justice in it's purest way possible
