Justice Nachura: Advice to Lawyers on Oral Arguments 

Retired Justice Antonio Eduardo Nachura is one of those in a very short list who have served in all three branches of government; he was a legislator in the House of Representatives, Presidential Legal Counsel and Solicitor General and later Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. He has participated in oral arguments, both as Solicitor General, arguing nine cases in the ten months he was solicitor general, and later as Associate Justice.
