None are compulsory - you can choose any two models. Just about every student uses SWOT. Most also do PESTLE, although I think it is better to use product life cycle [Jim]
I would be tempted to write about 1-2 key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as I illustrated in this video. A table is ok, but you need to make sure there is enough description and justification.
For the Marketing Mix, you need to describe the main features of the 7Ps as they apply to the case study and your marketing campaign. E.g. what pricing strategy are you recommending? Any new distribution channels? Product development etc
You can bring in your two-sides of A4 notes + an annotated copy of the Research Pack with any notes on it that you have added. These will need to be checked by the exams office to ensure you have not included any pre-prepared answers / marketing plans etc
