Still think Tate will start ... hell.. there is probably a chance fields wont play for a year bc of the transfer rule... I hope he can get out of that.. guess we will see
Happy for him at OSU. He will obviously have to earn his spot but best of luck! Pros: -Athletic and can scramble. -Has fairly good pocket awareness. -Possesses great leadership capabilities for his age. -Big game experience -Good footwork while throwing even on the run. Cons: -Displays high risk decision making for even small reward plays. -Feet are not very active in the pocket. There are probably more pros and cons but that is what I see right now. Once again, happy to see him at tOSU. Good luck.
I love that he passes first before trying to run, but idk how i feel about him growing threw contact. He gets the ball to the receiver I just know a coaches nightmare is when his QB is injured. His ball placement is crazy almost every play he throws to his players outside shoulder and its were his player can get it. I Can't wait until college football!!!!!!!
Fields will transfer at seasons end.His Talent is being wasted at UGA and it’s tough when you have two great quarterbacks.I hope when he leaves he gets out of the SEC & I wish him the best then. {:>)
Randy Tran We don't care about future games, this game your grandkids will talk about, this is the greatest game ever played and it was a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS game.
William Medcalf oh wait now Justin Fields is a beast ahah Georgia a joke fr😂 what school lets a #1 prospect transfer like that with that. Much potential
I See Em More As A RB. Great In & Out Cuts, Definitely Knows What He's Doing With His Feet, Amazing Field Awareness On The Open Field, As Far As Qb, Obvious Mobile, Great Arm Strength, Long Throw Accuracy, I Like To See More Short & Medium Throws, Plus More Inside The Pocket, If He Wishes To Stay Healthy As Far As The Next Level Goes, If It Was Up To Me RB ⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2, QB ⭐⭐⭐ 1/2 #BestOfLuck No Disrespect Intended
When you are you best athlete on the field of course you are going to run when no ones open. There is a reason he was the number 1 qb at the elite 11 and that reason was his arm, not his legs. 5 star QB because that is what he plays at that is his talent.
"Winners never quit and quitters usually transfer." Gunner Kiel Syndrome. I'm glad he went to UGA and now OSU. Better y'all than us. Good luck keeping this kid and Martell BOTH happy. Tail wags dog.
Not sure how he will fit the pro style offense that Georgia has. I think Fields will likely run less in college than he did in high school, which “may” be a problem. Fields, from what I have seen, has the eagerness to take off and run every time the play breakdown. In high school you can do that but, in college it’s different.
Fields won the Elite 11, which is judged solely on passing, with what some said was the best performance they had ever seen at the event. He'll be fine.
He's like Dwayne Haskins, accept he can also run. In high school he was in almost the exact same offense Ohio State runs. Not at all what Georgia does.
This kid is definitely going to be starting, but I gotta say this... Receivers number 11, 7, and 22 look like D1 players too! I would of hated to play this team in high school! Lol
Lots of shotgun snaps, don’t know how he chose Georgia different system for his skill set. Unless he develops into a full pro style but I don’t see it will need a lot of work. Even in current games right now will be tough.
Who is the big running back #23? Dude looks like he could be hell in the 4th! Wouldn’t mind seeing him in the Red & Black as well! Another 20-25 pounds....shiiiiit Beast!
Harrison is not Kns mt.s rival lol. Our rival is allatoona y’all suck and always have. And we don’t even play y’all so that’s not a rival y’all are like a scrimmage for Our Hoyas
Ima be honest if he is the next Alabama QB and number 11 is the WR for Alabama we would be undefeated for the 3rd year in a row woth the exception of losing to Auburn las week... I am glad Georgia beat they ***
Honestly if that's all he is we are still going to win a lot of games. I think fields is a way more accurate passer though. Fields is also much quicker with similar top end speed. I miss Pryor though. That guy was a freak of nature. A nightmare for defenses. I remember him stiff arming a big defensive end. He was clutch too. Remember how Oregon and there explosive offense was supposed to win in the bowl game? Pryor made clutch play after clutch play.
The guy's got incredible talent, but it's going to take him a while to adjust to the college game. He's used to being able to turn nothing into something by running around in ways that can't be done in the SEC and having wide open receivers because the opponent has never faced an arm like his. He'll get to where he needs to be to be an awesome college QB, but I think next season Fromm will keep his starting position, and should. I hope he has good character. That's the #1 thing he needs because he has everything else.
Hate to see Fields leave UGA. Hope he knows what he's doing. He'd be better off staying @ UGA. He'll waste time transferring bc he'll have to sit out a year.
Emery Morgan Dan Mullin has PROVEN he can develop quarterbacks to the next level. How many QBs has Kirby Smart put in the NFL. How many QBs Saban put in the NFL over the past 11 yrs he's been there? I'm not talking about 2nd or 3rd string, I'm talking about starting QBs in the league.
Doubt he flips, but if any team gets him to flip its FSU. That was his top two and well Willie Taggart... Looking forward to a more competitive rival with the Gators in the coming years... Even though most of you UF fans didn't want Mullen, I thought he was the best man for the job...
boo843348 Lawrence can definitely run, not as good as Fields but he can run. He hit up to 20 mph in the ACC championship game a couple weeks ago, he just doesn’t need to run because he’s such a good passer. He’s like an Aaron Rodgers in that sense
