I decided to take a break from instructional videos and upload a video of myself playing something.
I promise to make some more instructional videos soon!
Let me know in the comments what you'd like to hear and I'll do something based off what people request!
I recently had Covid and wrote this arrangement of this classic song.
Guitar is tuned DADGAD then I capo'ed the first fret. All Fingerstyle.
It's avail for download on my bandcamp page for a dollar. It would be awesome if you did that but it's also avail streaming.

Random question if you were to put this on sheet music would it be in tabs (bleh) or chords and then saying which strings to play :o (aka better tabs) also I would love to be able to play this song :)

Amazing! Maybe I’ll teach it. Well, it’s in an alt tuning DADGAD. with the capo at 1st fret. So TABS would be much easier to learn. However, teaching the chord shapes then the basic fingerpicking pattern would be the heat way to learn how to play this style

@@MysticMay887 it can be useful to learn some things that are really tricky but in general real notation is the best long. If you learn real notation you can learn anything and understand what all the other instruments are doing. As well as read music with other musicians. It's usefull to at least understand what the notes on the page are and where they are on the guitar.

I took piano for 3 years before doing guitar so I can kinda sight read but I’ll have to practice with the actual playing part 😅 thanks for the motivation :D
