I watched that guy pour salt into his hand and say, "Now you have to make sure it's exactly a teaspoon. I goronatee this is a teaspoon. Y'all don't believe me?" He then took out a teaspoon and poured the salt from his hand into the teaspoon. It was exactly a leveled off teaspoon. That blew my mind at a young age and probably helped inspire me to dabble in the culinary arts.
