The difference between Juvi and Wayne is that in 1998-2000 was a MAJOR SHIFT for black Americans and Juvenile, Hot Boyz Trick, Lil Kim and TI are the SOUND of that time. When you hear ANY SONG produced during that time takes you right back to where you was when you heard it first. We collectively went from RAGS to WELL OFF. You can’t replace that. No one can redo 400 degrees THATS HIS era.
