If people were really honest and didn't have such short memories, they would remember that Juvie, BG and Manny Fresh were the ones that put Cash Money on. Lil Wayne was still a kid and no one was really checking for him until maybe Fireman. Listening to all these old Cash Money songs, I realize now who really made all of this possible. He then continues to explain what he will do if his path intersects with that of a known enemy. From there, he tells you his plan if the law gets involved (I do not agree being that transparent if you are knowingly going to violate the law but, he seems a little tougher than me and can probably handle things better). The purpose of his actions become clear when he reveals he is ultimately doing all of this so he can have some relaxing days in his home in the Magnolia Projects that are located within the 3rd Ward of New Orleans.
