i just got a tom thumb from kingsley north,,,was first trying to get a graves,,,but they dont answer phone or email,,,stay away from american lap supplies as well,,,youll never hear from them,,i wasted 2 months caught up trying to order from these two companies,,,kingsley took 6 weeks but i have a beautiful machine now
I have owned a Graves Mark IV for 35 years and have been pretty happy with it however lately I cannot seem to get through to the company either on their web page or nobody answers the phone, very frustrating when needing parts or technical advice. I am beginning to wonder if the company is going broke!! really tired of waiting and waiting for my orders and getting no response from them.
Seems like their website is not secure when you placed the order. I want to make the orders from them but unable to trust when web not secure and protect the customers.
