I was at UMK in Turku, Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam, and of course in Liverpool and still very disappointed that he didn't win. He really did an amazing thing for Finland, probably more than most realize. It has been a very difficult year for my family and I due to the loss of my son, but when I was finally able to speak with him about 4 weeks ago when we met by coincidence on an airplane in Ivalo, it meant a lot that he took the time to listen. Cha Cha Cha has a completely different meaning to me. Käärijä stay like how you are and do what you like to do. We will always support you! Thank you for bringing some hope and happiness during this extremely difficult year.

I really respect him as a person because of the responsibility he takes. I mean, the way he feels responsible of people behaving badly on his gigs or freezing outside because of him, or like he said in some other interview that he worries about if he has been able to give enough of himself in meetings with fans. I'm not saying that he actually is or should be responsible for such things, but it tells a lot about him as a person.
