The day PVR interrupted Satyam it started burning our pockets . He's right the chain is trying to make prices equal to the north metropolitan cities. Satyam was so cheap for a movie experience.

Thangalaan might be but Kanguva I don't have much hope since Siva the Legend 🤡 is the director. That man has never made anything sensible in his entire career and most of his success are by exploiting the stardom and goodwill if the big stars who headline his films.

The multiplex chains in North such as PVR-INOX and Cinepolis are the main reason for audience not entering theatre's. The prices are so sky high that it makes the common man hesitant enough to enter the theatre to watch a film unless it's a very hyped film or big budget film.

Tamilnadu ticket prices are cheaper compared to AP TELENGANA. Gnanavel conveniently escapes the quantity of quality content in those states. Heroes in Telugu are much more higher in count than in Tamil. We only have a handful. I guess Surya’s last theatrical release was Etharkum Thunindhavan. How will audience come when top actors have a release once in two years?

That's because they made to believe movie are part of their caste and religion pride. Sangis like you are the big broblem for kwood . Producing vetrimaran and Ranjit etc are more important than scoring 1000cr . RRR is also a oppression movie da naaye if the oppresser is forigner you don't have any problem with it but if they are Indian you can't digest because you must be one of them .

in is lesser ticket price in india , rs 190 max , in bangalore minimum 150 200 250 300, in mall 300Plus , telugu states also same high only , because that also tamilnadu collection is less in count of amount but in number of ticket sold may b different
