The Kerala police had to step in because the media is getting out of hand, in this particular case. In India, we must prevent media trials from eroding the civil rights of citizens which includes right to defense, right to a far trial, right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty etc The media should have a clear definition of their duties including reporting and not giving their opinions or carrying out investigations. This case will have to be tried outside Kerala probably given the 24/7 exposure, nobody has a neutral stand anymore.

TBH,I'm really amazed by jolly Joseph! The way she executed the murders,the was she behaved during and after the death of the respective people,the way she was able to fool so many people that she was a lecturer of a well reputed institute,going to the campus and clicking photos to satisfy people that she's a lecturer,trying to convince her in laws that the coffin shouldn't be opened as the soul of the dead person will come out! A person inorder to keep his or her status in the in- laws house or society, tell made up stories or lie. To cover up one lie another lie is built in the mind. This is to hide the first lie. One crime leads to another crime. Many problems in married life or relationship with in - laws is because of the lie or fake stories told about education, age, properties, disease suffered etc. So my advice to all is be true to yourself and others. Say what ever is the fact about yourself. If you cannot just be silent about it.
