Hope you removed that K&N air filter and replaced it. There is a reason why they flow more air. And get rid of those plastic quick disconnects. Replace them with them Stainless steel couplers. They will fail. Reply

Hello! Just wanted to say great video! I have a 2018 K1600B. Took it for a ride yesterday and must have put bad fuel in it at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Running really bad but seemed to clear up enough to get home. 1. I'm wondering if you can tell me why you thought you needed to replace the fuel pump? Did the bike not run or start? I have several fuel pump related error codes in Motoscan now (3A1530 and 3A1062). 2. How did you test the pump to see it was bad once you removed it? You say it was repaired. Did it just have some dirt in it? 3. Lastly, just want to say thank you for making the video! It gives me confidence that I might be able to replace my fuel pump if I end up needing to.

Bolts fasten unthreaded parts, with the help of a nut. Screws fasten parts that have their own threads. So, those are screws. 🙂

Is there another fuel filter?Or is it just the one on the pump?

Don't you want to disconnect the battery? Or did I miss something?

What was wrong with the pump that was repairable?
