Maybe some kind of oil pressure issue, looks like a lot of blow by. Maybe oil soot build up in the exhaust, I would be curious to see if the oil pressure or compression #'s change when the motor is hot Maybe it's time for a rebuild, and a dump tube!! 🎉

If those mufflers are chambered not straight threw, its choked up. But i think you're on to something with the wideband needing to be changed. If you had a backpressure sensor that would give some answers. Make a qwick up pipe just for the dyno and give it a shot. That cars pretty complete and just needs some bugs irioned out.👍

Can you pull wideband sensor and clean it? Might give you a couple accurate pulls before it gets to dirty again

The k20 just performs diffrent then the 24 with the exhaust being choked out is more then likely why is falling of up top were the k20 is none to shine all the way to 10,000 Rpm plus if built correctly i would suggest installing a oil guage 4 safety & drop the 15 muffler lol make a pull k20 being shorter stroke they need all the air to rev especially being built it probably has lil over Sized pistons to bump up compression demanding Mo air in & not getting it out plus the back houseing of the turbo may be to small choking it out as well once it get so far you already no i feel like that why all of Kyle's cars run so well the turbos & backhouseings are XXXL for Maximum Flo great video keep kicking ass bro..✌

Put in some higher compression pistons i am guessing it currently has 9:1 cr pistons. shouldnt be a problem with the e85. Build the head for higher revving. Do all you can to fix the spool time and boost the heck out of it. Shoot for the moon. Lets go!!!

Just do what you suggested, valve lash, unbolt exhaust, see whst happens

Why don't you tune each cam angle and the associated timing and fuel tables then look at each Dyno curve to tell you were to set the cam angle at each rpm point?

I think you should really just go over everything on it really seems who ever built it first took short cuts and didn’t exactly know what they were doing fully just like how the alternator was loose and not an engine knocking smh
