killer bayonet kenneth! you can tell its been there and done that, but the blade looks great and somehow remains matching to the scabbard after all these years. and of course, the coveted tropical frog makes this thing 10x cooler IMO...
Yup remember picking these up$50-75. Now lucky if you can find these for less than $800. Thanks for sharing. I look at these sites and the prices are crazy, and buyer beware lots of fakes being sold as real items.
Nice close-ups. The marking on the scabbard ball is a waffen-amp eagle marking.. Unfortunately, with the high price of items, it's taken the wind out of the sails from many collectors.
You have to add a small hollow copper or plastic tube around that string…little bit smaller in width than the frog width and put that through the lash/loop from the frog, otherwise the lash from the frog will get flared ends from the weight…
