Ka is way too modest.. It's refreshing actually.. You know he's had a rough life, his attitude is a testament to his character. I've put every hip hop head I know on to him. Keep grinding my dude, the world is just a little late to the show..
He''s just himself, which like 85% of artists aren't. Can always tell when they're putting on a front for the camera or radio mic. Ka is just a normal dude who loves the culture but also just so happens to be one of the best lyricists alive. Love this guy, one of my faves
@@Righteousone18 my favourite Ka track. Preservation shouldn't go unnoticed either, he did an amazing job with the production. All round its amazing body of work.
I can appreciate these two built a friendship ORGANICALLY, based on just music appreciation and everything blossomed from there. Peace to both of these artists.
KA needs to do more press like this. Needs to get his name out there because he's a true true talent. Grief Pedigree is still in rotation and my fav project by him. More press for KA!
MY DUDE!!! do not ever take your audience for granted. Don't tell them the concept of the numbers and the story. Let's figure it out. I don't like people spoon feeding me my music. I'm still trying to figure it out myself. Dope metaphors and internal rhymes!!! Ka is a genius!!
Yeah im trying figure the esoteric & Science behind them STILL. It gives the album (if it needed any) that much more replay value. So many rhymes hidden between rhymes.
This album is so fresh! Ka is a human wordplay book and Preservation never misses. I swear I always forget how good this album is! Day 93 is a must for anyone curious.
KA's penmanship is aging like fine wine, he one of those cats that would be able to do this even in his later years and still have true listeners tuning in and supporting, wisdom comes with age as we all know and KA's wise elder words of wisdom style would be able to produce longevity for him to stand the test of time .
Much Luv to Dj Preservation, it would have been nice to have seperate interviews, Dj P didn't get enough time in this interview, he's had a long intersting career.
I thought his sh!t sounded better in Nightbreed, but hey, that's just me. His content has *much* more depth now, but most of the time, I would rather just hear someone attack the mic and shred that sh!t up.
Nice insight into the creative process behind Yen Lo. These two be masters of their craft. Props to Eclipse for holding us down with the realness 24/7. Amos, UK
WBAI radio in NYC is where I first heard this legend and Natural Elements! The Underground Railroad show late 80s early 90s. Would love to hear Mr. Voodoo and Ka collab now!
Fax...im not saying dudes is dumb...but they like they music dumb down...Ka is a rappers favorite rapper ...da shit he write is for (da analytical not da typical) bars.!!. Ka.. Roc Marci ..Wtk.. Dza and i missed some...but they keeping hiphop alive...but listening Ka put me up on them so youll always see a post from me wen ever those dudes got something going cause theyre the only brothers saying anything...peace 😎🆗®💯➕Ⓜ
I'm definitely in the minority here, but I preferred his style on those old Nightbreed/Natural Element tracks. It had more energy and hunger, that shit is nice.
