I think onion and tomatoes paste take less time than chopping, if you chop in chopper then it will take same time as paste. We used fine paste for fine smooth gravy.
Using the word "kebab" is a complete injustice without giving it coal smoke, it should be barbecue or charcoal smoke. It will only taste like a normal food instead of a kebab.
