Ingredients for Yakhni..
Beef 1kg
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Zeera
5-8 choti Elaichi
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 Bari Elaichi
6 Cups of Water
steam For 15 -20 minutes
Ingredients for Kabuli Pulao
1 cup Ghee
2 Onions
1 cup tomato puree
1 Tbsp Salt
Add Beef
4 Cup soaked Rice
5 cups of yakhni
1 cup carrots fry For 5 minutes, almonds, raisins fry for 1 minutes in Desi Ghee
Add these carrots and dry fruits on the top of Pulao and rest For 15 to 20 minutes
