Beard or no beard - it does not matter. You have a great personality and wonderful recipes and that is the most important. Thank you, and good health to you!
Yousef! Just made this today. Sometimes I tell people about this nice Persian man who teaches me how to cook. Bless you and thanks for your time making this video. Thx from this girl in Canada
With the beard it’s now cooking and learning with professor Yousef 😊. I love this dish and definitely going to try making this myself. Greetings from the Netherlands.
Yousef Jan thank you so much for crediting Afghan culture. I've only seen slivered almonds on top. Also THANK you for crediting Uzbek people too!!!! My friend is Afghan/Uzbek and she taught me about it! Keep the beard!
Hello! You look good with or without the beard. In any case, the important thing is that you are ok healthwise. Take good care of yourself and as your doctor said, keep on with your wonderful dishes. This afghan one looks particularly good... Thank you :)
Hello housed thanks for making afghan food I’m originally from Afghanistan and I’m not that good with cooking but I’m always learning from you thanks again and you look nice with beard

"Hi I like your beard and I like your food but would use all lamb. I want to make this, thank you so much for sharing your recipe", says my friend. She is wondering if you make things using saffron. She says you must if you are Persian. It has been fun watching you cook so far two videos. I became interested after eating ash reshteh for dinner and lunch.
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe Yousef, I have been trying to find a good Qabeli Palaw recipe for a long time. This looks delicious, so I will definitely be making it soon. Best wishes to you and stay healthy my friend. PS I would love to see your version of a Chicken Biriyani one day too.
@@CookingWithYousef….looking forward to seeing you make it and talk about its history. You can get your ingredients at Indian Sweet and Spices in Canoga Park.
@@CookingWithYousef… Oh and one more thing my friend 😊. If you plan to do biryani with chicken, the chicken cutting is different. Smaller pieces. You can visit the following stores and ask them to cut it for you. - Jawadi Halal Meat Market - Family Meat Market - Kausar Halal Meat Market Happy Cooking 🥘
