For Wrapping Kadayif in Medium Sized Pyrex
For sherbet;
3.5 cups sugar
3.5 cups of water
quarter lemon
For between;
400 g fresh kadayif
200 g walnut kernels
Half a teaspoon of oil
Half pk phyllo dough
Half a teaspoon of oil
For the above ;
50 g butter oil
1 teacup of oil
Chop the kadaifi and put it in a deep bowl. Let's drizzle oil on it and mix it.
Then, let's lay 1 baklava dough on the counter. Let's apply oil and cover the 2nd yufka on it.
Let's place the kadayif with our hands, starting from one side and crossing the half, neatly and evenly.
Let's sprinkle the walnut inside. And starting from the kadayif side, let's wrap it like in the video. Let's cut it into slices as wide as 2 fingers in the sizes you want. And put it on the tray. Let's apply the same process to other phyllo dough and fill my debt. Melt butter and oil on it and remove the foam on it. And with the help of a spoon, let's pour it into the dessert. Let's fry it like a pomegranate for 1 hour in a heated 170-degree oven.
Let's prepare the syrup and let it cool.
After it started to boil, I boiled it on low for 10 minutes.
Let's bring together the sweet hot sherbet cold. Let's decorate it and leave it to cool in a cool environment.
