Zach and Sarah aren't good hosts. The livestream livens up whenever there's Khoi or Max behind the mic. Even Eula's VA seemed to do pretty well. They saw this problem and so for Star Rail, they found a dude who can host the livestream without any awkwardness and gave him an owl mascot. And it worked.
