Just to explain the story behind this video for those who don't know, before the match (which is the single most important match-up for Dortmund in the season), Kagawa promised fans that he'd score two goals in the game (his first derby match), and he fulfilled his promise. This was one of the things that catapulted him to become a huge fan favorite in Dortmund.

Kagawa said "I'll get two goals in this game and we'll win." before the game. He actually achieved it! He broke Neuer's goal twice. Japanese masterpiece!

I see this as the sort of Birmingham City vs Aston Villa kind of derby. Which is funny as my English family supports Birmingham while the German relatives (2nd cousins etc.) support Schalke, but I support Dortmund :X It appears I'm the black sheep of the family...

Not sure. Still waiting for him to be fully fit. He was supposedly coming back this month, but it looks like October might be more realistic. He's definitely returned to at least light training, though. Thank goodness, too -- Dortmund NEED a better CM than Jojic to go with Bender right now (see the match against Stuttgart).......

***** Dortmund's actually pretty well covered in terms of central midfielders. The only problem right now is that most of the team's best CMs are injured. Bender's still coming back from several months out, Gundogan's just fit again after 14 months, and Sahin and Kirch are both injured for several more weeks at least. BVB don't necessarily need to sign a new high-quality CM to fill a lack of quality in the squad; they just need the good players they already have to stop getting injured all the time. >_
