I just noticed Shintaro was slowly fading away until Ayano grabbed him with the scarf.

Did anyone else notice that when Shintaro loses hope, the red that Ayano wears fades to gray. However in the end, when he sees the crane, all the red is restored in his mind? Idk that small detail just makes me really sad

little thing i noticed is that in the first part of the song it sounds a lot happier and there's an extra tone or two in there however in the second half when ayano's gone, it gets a little more lonely with those extra tones taken away

As other people caught in the comments with things like how Shintaro was fading just before Ayano grabbing him with her scarf, and how how happier extra tones you'd added disappear after Ayano fades to emulate loneliness, you got real creative in this one! Your work never ceases to amaze!

The part where Ayano faded away as they were walking really got me. (as in I collapsed into tears)
