Welcome to our epic Hawaiian adventure! This series documents our very first visit to the Hawaiian Islands and we are so excited to share it with you! During this trip, we will be staying at Aulani: A Disney Resort and sailing on a 7 night Hawaiian cruise onboard NCL Pride of America departing from Honolulu on Oahu and stopping in Kahului Maui, Hilo & Kona Hawaii, and Nawiliwili Kauai!
It is our first port of call, and we are docked overnight in Kahului Maui! Our game plan for today is to rent a car in order to venture out and explore the Haleakala National Park! It is filled with beautiful vistas and valleys that showcase the black and red volcanic rock! We also explore other hot spots in the area and discuss important information regarding parking vehicles overnight!

Agreed. should have had a disclaimer or video at the beginning saying why they are not posting a Maui video in light of the total destruction of Lahaina. This video is in bad taste, no question.

Hi.....I am reaching out to all of my FAVORITE vloggers. I have been searching for a packable day backpack with a secure zipper compartment on the backside (part of the backpack that is against your back) for wallet, phone, etc.. So far, no luck. Thanks and keep up on the GREAT videos.

I know it's not what you're looking for but travel on has an anti-theft packable backpack where you can interlock zippers together making your stuff much safer

Hi Tracy! The day backpack I use doesn't have that but I always put valuables in the inside pouch of the large portion of the backpack (so if someone was getting in to the backpack it would be difficult and noticeable. I never put valuables in the outside small zipper that would be easy to open and take stuff out without noticing. Also Our backpack has a strap with a hook on the end that you could snap a wallet or phone to, so someone would have to undo the hook in order to steal something which would be harder. Were you able to bring the rental car with the child seats right in front of the ship to pick up the rest of your party?

Hi! From what we could tell we couldn't get right next to the ship to pick up the rest of our family. After we picked up the rental cars with the car seats we parked at the Maui Mall (that we showed towards the end of the video) and the rest of our family walked from the ship to there. It's about a 5-10 minute walk. There may be a closer pick up/drop off point but that was the best option we saw at the time. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching! 🤗❤️🚢

Although I know this was filed before the fire. It’s important to address that posting a video about a Maui vacation without acknowledging the recent devastating fires and loss of lives is insensitive and lacks awareness. Including a disclaimer about the tragedy and suggesting ways to support the affected community would have been more considerate. Their omission is disheartening and disappointing, especially coming from a travel agency.
