Kai, Hatchet-Wielding Hitchhiker, Arrested for Murder 

I challenge anyone to legally explain to me why a person should be arrested for killing a thug in self defense.

Kai is a gentle kind hearted soul, who would never act in violence, save from the act of protecting himself or others. Kai, a Canadian citizen has been incarcerated at the Union County Jail since May of 2013 without benifit of a fair trail, for causing the death of Joseph Galfy, a Clark, New Jersey lawyer, of homosexual orientation, who befriend kai in Times Square; before taking him back to his home where he was drugged and sexual assaulted. The evidence shows that Mr Galfy had a history of fraternizing with vagrance and taking them back to his home. Its doubtful he went home from times square with an 73 year old gay man without knowing it, It also makes it questionable what he was doing with the guy that ran into the utility worker before that happened

It's probably the truth. Just because who Kai, is, he is in situations where, hes around the criminal element, and criminals may think they can take advantage of him. This might have been the case. it has to be looked at closer in court before rushing to conclusions. he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

He should have gone straight to the cops, but somthing tells me they would not have taken him seriously.

Have you kept up w/ the FB page Terry Ratliff started for Kai? Kai's dad (Gil) is an admin. Their Kai fundraiser account is in Terry's name. Gil opened a bank acct in his own name. They are getting people to donate by claiming that "in the words of Kai" he was raped & drugged." Kai has no idea Terry is making these claims.He never even met Kai, just exchanged a couple of emails & became FB friends 2 weeks before Kai's arrest. Kai has called 2 people from jail but not Terry.
