Kaikai: There are two categories of fake certificate holders. Those purchased from Kirinyaga Street and those bought from local universities Lecturer halls. Ruto should start with investigating the second category- Fake Masters and PhDs.

fake document debacle is the easiest to authenticate. just going to the university where the guy studied and verify the records. or ask for 10 contemporary classmates to give witness.
