Just found this channel and it's awesome. My wife and I dream of living in Hawaii one day. We started vacationing in Hawaii in 2018, been to Oahu and Kauai multiple times, will be back in a couple weeks. We fell in love with Waimanalo our first trip, after every place else we have been, Waimanalo is still our favorite. Laid back, slow paced, beach, hiking, all that we need. Get some Ono Steaks and Shrimp then walk down to the beach, that's a perfect day for us.
My wife and I are watching all your videos on our big screen as we prepare for our upcoming home purchase in Hawaii! Thank you for these! Also thank you for pointing out the fact that a politician bought a home on the beach even though there’s climate change 😂. And the road “coincidentally” got repaved after he bought the house. So funny! Thank you 🙏
Haha! Thank you for not being sensitive or offended. It’s a very REAL consideration regardless of political affiliation. 😊 Would love to help you with your purchase.
Oh man. I just had a Lau Lau mini plate from Mao. But there were no packs of teenagers wheelying down the highway on dirt bikes… so I feel I was cheated out of the fully authentic ‘Nalo experience
You continue to outdo your previous videos! Great relevant content that is very helpful for people considering living in Hawaii. I appreciate how your approach is it's not about the sale but more about the right fit for your clients as well as for the neighborhood. We were encouraged to talk to the neighbors around the listed property to gain a better understanding of your potential neighbors. Awesome job Maila!!
It's a shame that people want to shy away from hearing observations by calling them "political." It is a huge part of life and the critique Maila gave should be just as welcome as someone else's critique about anyone else.
It looked like you were passing the property that used to have the old house from "Magnum, P.I." when making those remarks. I heard that B.O. bought it but was not sure. The house should have been left alone.
great video❤ Is it possible to do a video talk about purchasing houses on the hillside? The views are great but what to look for in terms of topography and building structure? Thanks!
