Stock market is not just about finding a good company but it is to find a better company. Having said that Newgen Software is good but is it better than other companies in the same field? Let's compare, this company is 10 times smaller than LTIM but then compare it's Sales growth, Profit Growth and ROE and you will find that even after being smaller none of these base matrices are aggressive which we definitely expect while investing in small or micro caps due to higher inherited risk. Hope I'm able to add some value to your understanding of the stock selection.

It took place on June 23, 1757, near the village of Plassey (now Palashi) in Bengal, India. The conflict arose due to tensions between the British East India Company and the Nawab of Bengal, Siraj-ud-Daulah, over economic and political issues. The East India Company, under the leadership of Robert Clive, formed alliances with local Indian rulers, including Mir Jafar, a disgruntled nobleman in the Nawab's court. Through diplomatic maneuvers and promises of rewards, Clive secured the support of Mir Jafar and other conspirators. On the day of the battle, the forces of the Nawab of Bengal outnumbered those of the East India Company, but internal divisions and betrayal weakened Siraj-ud-Daulah's army. Moreover, heavy rains had rendered the Nawab's artillery ineffective. During the battle, Mir Jafar's forces largely remained passive, allowing the British to achieve a decisive victory. Siraj-ud-Daulah fled the battlefield, leading to the capture of Murshidabad, the capital of Bengal, by the British. The Battle of Plassey marked the beginning of British dominance in India. It allowed the East India Company to establish control over Bengal, a wealthy and strategically important region. The victory paved the way for further British expansion in the Indian subcontinent and ultimately contributed to the establishment of British colonial rule in India.

Sir i have read your book two times and listen to your video daily. Still i have 60-70% of my portfolio value is solar. It has gone 6-7 times and i continue to hold onto this. But whenever I invested in quality stocks either my entry exit was at wrong time or it gave 30% return max. Stock MFs certainly beat Fd. But Sir thoda aur jaldi paise banane ke liye multiplier effect ana jaruri hai. Kitni bhi fundamental analysis karo inko pakadna aasan nahi 😢. And insaan ko 25% return me khush rehna chaiye. Bas retirement achi hogi shayad. Present me to jyada kuch nahi paise milenge. Middle class life hi jeena padega😢😢
