@@thomasmacgillivray4559 I don't think that's true, but the Democrats obviously wanted to and did conquer Europe so they could then set their sights further and create a global government. Say what you will about people like him, at least he was the sole authority of his country and didn't create a web-like power structure of lies like governments have today

While this Anglo-influenced portrayal of rageful Wilhelm II is severely flawed, at least the script does a good job at justifying the emotionality. Not to say he wasn't... just so on the side of tears rather than anger.
