A2 - Yes, Merg. I don't exactly remember why or when I started this but I guess it's cool.

A4 - No, this game is NOT JSaB, nor is it a clone. The game 'Project Arrhythmia' started development way before JSaB and the two studios (Berzerk and Vitamin Games) are fine with each other's games.
