I think Sasuke complains about the laughs because he sees the people from the village enjoying life, friends, family and relative peace, while Itachi had to kill his clan and spend the last years of his life alone and sick with the Akatsuki, I doubt he was living in the best places and conditions (regardless of having some medicines). Itachi gave everything up for Sasuke's sake. And in return Sasuke unknowingly hated him for so long when Sasuke used to love his brother more than anyone. Sasuke was also forced to live with the sacrifice of his clan and the loneliness afterwards

Zetsu replenished his chakra at the summit, then Karin healed him in Madara’s dimension before fighting Danzo, then she healed him again before Danzo took her hostage. Side note: Sasuke’s Susano’o is now at the same maturity as Itachi’s when they fought.

Then when the fight with Danzo has coming to an end, Sasuke used up all the chakra so Karin healed him and gave him some. Sasuke: I killed Orochimaru, Itachi, Deidara and Danzo!!! Tbh we are hypocrite if we make shit out of Sasuke trying to kill Sakura and then if Sasuke tries to kill her back then we make bad shit of it. Then i have say it pure bs on iur part. The only thing i can feel for Sakura decision is that she is idiot. The difference between Sasuke ,Naruto and Sakura is that. Both Sasuke and Naruto have determination for what they want to do opposite to that Sakura don't have that determination. She always makes decisions bcoz of her inferiority and then still can't pull that. Sakura is just eating fruits of her own decisions and karma. Tbh realistically what Sakura has pulled towards Naruto, Sasuke, Kiba ,Sai, Akamaru, Lee and everyother shit she did. No one will accept and trust her after that. She is kind of person who don't even knows, what's wrong and right for herself and trusting this type of ppl is most dangerous thing to do. As for Sauke powerup, it's bcoz of Karin . But also bcoz its Uchiha thing which we will know in later episodes and it really plays big role in it.
