Since Japanese are so well mannered, I understand that they use soft low voice when speaking and while singing, they let theirselves out, marvelously I have to say!
@@HitachiinDevotee From what I heard online, Keiko speaks in a higher voice than she naturally does because she was bullied for her masculine voice as a child. It's kind of sad to hear that.
When she was younger yeah, the bullying stuff.. but at this point I think Keiko uses the cutesy voice just for fun, she's been using her natural voice on some videos such as the Christmas live on Beverly channel, I guess she's more natural when feeling comfortable around people she likes, in concerts it's more like a persona.
