You cook good but I observed you didn't wash the beef for caldereta FYI meat factory they don't wash meat before packaging just saying worried for cross contamination its a constructive comment food handlers protocol thanks nmy best regards
Am curious to know saan galing yung recipe nyo sa caldereta Kuya? Alam ko kasi walang gata at suka kundi tomato sauce, beer, cumin, liver spread at kaunting toyo lang. I wonder ano lasa ng may gata, suka at ganun kadami toyo. Salamat.
