Im Greek and i understand most the lyricks!!!! its sad that Griko eventually will dissapear... but at least the bonds between italy & greece will never fade....!!!
It is called: Graecanic (Γρεκανικά) ή πιο απλά Griko. Yes, it derives from Greek and Italian, I don't know though if it is considered a Language or a Dialect of the abovementioned languages. This can be answered by linguists. In either case, this special culture is something that unite people from both sides... :)
@philaGR Hi! I'm from a town of Salento.. Nobody learn Griko here anymore. This fashinating language is going to desappear... There's nothing to be proud in forgetting your own roots...
