I respectfully disagree with this. യുഗങ്ങളെ കൃത്യമായി മനുഷ്യവർഷങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് തരം തിരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ദേവ-ബ്രഹ്മ-വിഷ്ണു-മഹേശ്വര വർഷങ്ങൾ മനുഷ്യവർഷങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ട് അളന്നു തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവിടെ ആണ് ടൈം ഡ്യലേഷൻ എന്ന physicsile concept വരുന്നത്.

Yes, the order is right. End of Dwapara yuga was not pralayam. Because Parikshth who is the grandson of Arjuna eventually becomes the King. Then after all that during Rajasooyam conducted by Janamejayan who is the predecessor of Parikshath is when Mahabharatham epic is told. After the death of Krishna, the city of Dwaraka succumbed to sea but Hastnipur stood tall. Mahapralayam is end of chaturyuga cycle.
