He is Zero without Krishna the lord of the 3 worlds. His own son Babruvahana calls him equivalent to a blade of grass without Krishna. It is because of his ego Arjuna didnt get moksha even though he got the Getoupadesha from the Bagwan himself.

People who read comic books or watch rubbish on TV make this silly assumption that someone was better than Arjuna. For example, if you stay true to the epic, never once has Karna won against Arjuna. There was not a warrior who was even comparable. Bhisma was the only one who could come close. Arjuna and Krishna were avatars of Nara-Narayana. Which is the reason why Krishna said “among the Pandavas, I am Arjuna”.
When Karna was going to be vadh, Paramathman himself cleared all his doubts Karna asked if it was a crime to help his friend & Krishna taught karna what true friend means. It means trying to bring one's friend to right path, even at the cost of the relationship. Had Karna done this, Duryodana would have been alive, as he would have never started the war, without Karna's support. The lesson is even if you are a good person, if you help evil people, you must share their karma.

There is no need to discuss about the cinematic trash like the movie "Kalki". Now a days it has become a practice to make films with some link with the great epics. In that process they are showing all nonsense by glorifying villains and belittling real Heros.
Bollywoodians or you can say Indian film makers trying to prove again and again karn was superior than Arjun in all aspects. Actually their target is not Arjun they want to reach SHRI KRISHNA and prove that he was with the wrong side, by proving him wrong they can defame Sanatan. This Kalki movie is an example of that. It is good they brought the pauranik characters back to young generation.....but they brought it in a contrasting way to the original One of the heros of mahabharatha was shown with some negetive character aggogance which is not true.....they brought a scene which creates wrong impression on that chacter.....(it is like manipulated videos of present day where in just a bit of whole video is shown to give contrasting impression on the person who is giving that speech) And they smeared positive nature to negative roles of Mahabharat Is this not enough to understand their intentions They are going to bring a series.....by looking at the part one and understanding their intentions one can expect what could be the final impression they make on young minds It better to have no knowledge than wrong knowledge

Similarly Ashwatthama saying that karna was stronger than Arjun is a straight up lie. Because in the Virat war, Ashwatthama warns Karna that we shouldn't fight Arjun because he's stronger.

In Ramayan Rama Killed Vali the son of Indira and supported Sugriva the son of Surya and on request of Indira in Mahabarat Krishna had to reverse. Vali had a boon that he would acquire half the power of anyone who comes in front of him and hence Rama had to shoot him from behind. He wowed to make amends in the next avatara.

Karana asked his friend duryodhana to insult Pandavas in their exile in forest, he lost war against chitraratha gandarva and ran away leaving his friend to be arrested by gandarva, later freed by Arjuna. 3. Arjuna single handedly defeated all kurava sena in Uttara war, karana ran away again, 4. In war he backstabbed Abhimanyu, against the rules, he ran away after being hit by bhima, he could not remember the mantras as he was cursed by his guru

I dont think any character in mahabharata is truly evil. All played their part and Lord Krishna played them all. Karna was a great person, his kind heart is a legend. He chose his dharma. But his inferiority complex is well displayed in vyas mahabharat. His loyalty is well displayed. His wrong choices are well displayed and so is his emotional turmoil. He also earned a place among the adityas, correct me if I am wrong. Mahabharat is a treasure trove of complex characters that never are truly evil. In their heart, their actions are justified. Even Lord krishna is cursed in the course of his game to fulfill his purpose. Nobody escapes unscathed in this epic. The movie kalki is just a cinematic fan fiction. Fan fiction. But it has roused interest in my children to learn about mahabharat. What we do with this, is in our hand.
I saw the movie yesterday the thing is the great Arjuna is talking like an emotionally but that is not true after Supreme personality of godhead Krishna spoke Bhagawat Geeta to Arjuna why Arjuna is that much emotion and angry have you think. He maintains a peace in mind and plays the kurukshetra war like a game. And that Krishna character and costumes are shown just as it is there is Radha Krishna serial. Arjun was the Avatar of Nar:, the greatest Yogi. Karna can only be compared to likes of Dushasan: etc. He was worse than Shakuni or Duryodhan: in his sense for Dharm:. It is the life of Dharm: that is worthy of praise. When no one says things like Keechak:/JaiDrath etc. were better than Bheem: than why does popular media tries to discuss Karen: so much. Be getting child is good, only if that child is taught about scriptures and Bhakthi. In Iskcon, they choose sanyasa, after proper understanding of scriptures, and in order to dedicate their entire life to God which is the purpose of life. And those sanyaasas enlighten others.

If its a fictional movie its ok. But they are showing it is related to or based on Mahabharat, which is not true. Only the character name and main event is same rest everything is different. The charecters personality is completely changed in the movie. Its not a problem when people bring ideas. But its a problem when main messages of scriptures are interpolated

KARNA is one of the BIG 3, along with Bhishma & Drona. The original main plot of Karma is that of a Dharmic man, better than Arjuna. Krishna also loved Karna dearly & tried to bring him to the right path, many times. At the end, Krishna even disclosed Kunti's secret & promised Karna to be crowned Emperor & also married to Draupadhi as Pandava jesta. But Karna refused, as he valued his friend over everything, else, including Dharma.

Paanchali does not mean 5 husbands, Paanchali means daughter of Paanchal. The reason given for this event is laughable. If we remove this & make Arjuna/Draupadhi only, nothing changes in Mahabharata & the story becomes better. It would be Arjuna bet his wife & then Draupadhi haran, everything will flow from there.
