Followed yr step diligently, the outcome was awesome. Everyone enjoyed it…to satisfy the taste buds of Indians, I added 2 tablespoons of chilli powder and 4 bird eye chilli.
Was really missing Malaysian food (Malaysian overseas rn) but dad can't eat fried stuff so, i marinated the chicken and baked it and then followed the recipe and it was so delicious!!

This recipe makes the perfect kam heong chicken, one of my favourite local dishes! In my humble opinion, it would be better if you include the steps in the description for easy reference :)
