I just bought my first ceramic charcoal grill. The Kamado Joe Classic 1. Thanks for your review which made me to go with this grill. It really does give me a great start with most of what I need for now.

Great video. I agree with everything you said about joe. I got the classic 1 at Lowe’s $800, by far best grill I’ve owed. Gave my Traeger away as a gift!!

Nice video And I was thinking of the 1 or the 2 but I don't like the the new hinges to light for my taste and my kids can open it up. So the heavier dome is better in my opinion, Thanx for the video about the 1

Very nice video. I'm just got the KJ 1 18" and am doing the initial burn in right now. I was wondering if you or anyone else here knows if the Slow Roller "for sure" fits this model. It's expensive and I don't want to find out the hard way that it does not. Thx

Tom, As long as you make sure the slo roller is for the classic it should work. If your still uneasy about it try reaching out and calling KJ they are usually pretty helpful. Thanks for watching!

I paid €975 for it in Europe. And it was the cheapest i found. Go figure. P.s. i mean the classic one.

That’s equivalent to around $1300 U.S dollars if I’m not mistaken. Did you get the Classic 1,2, or 3? The classic 1 is going for about $699 here in the states.

Thanks giving eve i found the classic 1 at lowes for 799$. I walked in today to show the kids, their light display, and there she sat for 319$ going to park her next to my Akorn
