Kamakhya is one of the main sites of Tantric worship and the goddesses worshiped there are very high energy forms. So, Bali is one process of using the life energies of animals to keep this energy active in the premises. In ancient times, human sacrifices were also prevalent which would sound too eerie in today's time but it was there. So, this is the actual reason behind the sacrificial rituals as per the shastras and it's totally a misconception that it is done to please the gods because at the end it is consumed as Prasad by us only 😜

To the youtuber ---- Then why we are still killing animals for food.. like we all eat goat, Chicken, pegion, other animals... No? And 1st we kill them then we cook and eat.... You dont fell guilty when we eat meat but you feel ashamed because there is a huge tantric rituals going on in kamakhya as sacrifice. Everyday people are killing crore animals in the name of food making... Lol and you didn't feel offended when you eat your so called KFC chicken wings with your american tounge. Lol

Dude you went into the adi shaktipeeth Kamakhya Temple, the cradle of tantra. In this temple only tantrik way of worship is carried out where sacrifices are compulsory. So what did you expect?

I went to guwahati 2 times for afsb. Was excited to visit this temple but i couldnt get chance both times. But now my mind has changed somehow.

Bali dena is an ancient pratha and a method of worship of the goddess, since time immemorial. This is not a temple for the faint of heart. Khate wakt to sab maze se chat kar jaate hain tangdi kabab, kaleji, mutton. Hindu mandiro mein sabko animal rights yaad aane lagte hain.

You don't understand science behind all that , that's why you felt uncomfortable.. but you must have noticed many craved statues of some kind of god and goddess. They are called yoginis and they lives with ma kamakhya (she's the main goddess and most important devi or tantriks) she's also known as goddess of desires. If you'll have full belief on her and ask for any wish (obviously moral wish) to be granted, she'll grant that wish. There is no doubt on that. Indeed. And talking about Bali! Yes that feels so uncomfortable to watch and think about that but this is the way of worshipping her and her yoginis. It is what it is . And it won't change ever and should not be either! But. Whatever those environment and visuals made you feel. You must have felt the disconnection from everything once you've entered the main cave and touched the water . And must felt something very different and might be overwhelmed.
