Comedian Alex Stein claims US Vice President Kamala Harris is not “smart enough” to “string five words together”.
“They’re running out of options,” he told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“Her public speaking ability is absolutely terrible - she just says stuff that doesn’t even make sense.”
