Loved the short review. I love the points that you bring up and how you present them. Subscribed, just in case you want to do a full length review in the future! Edit: One Gram 🤣
I was a fan of the original from the late 80s. The later iterations never appealed to me since they looked like kid stuff, granted Black was made to appeal to kids as well but it did have the dark tone that I loved and it was thematically more adult oriented. I have not watched Kamen Rider in well over 20 years, but my love for the Kamen Rider Black has never gone away. Thanks for the review I'm gonna check it out now.
Black Sun was refreshing for someone like me who is burnout from Marvel & StarWars. The series action reminded me of the 90s live-action Guyer but with better writers & budget. If the series added more context to Black Sun & trim some political scenes to make the ending more sense & not so bloated with politics.
IMO its politics set up a good premise that could've explored the morality between Black Sun & Shadow Moon rather than judging people's inaction towards things (and that ending).
