I took that personally 😂 I struggle with weight gain and I think hearing that will encourage me more (i'm a skinny type having a hard time gaining weight). Have you tried eating fatty food? 100 gr of peanuts are 550+ calories, the same goes with hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, etc. A tablespoon of olive oil goes almost to 100 calories., same with butter. 1 scoop of any protein + 30 grs of any nut + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter + 1 banana + anything you like = +600 calories intake very easy. Also a little bit of olive oil in your meals and that's it. You'll be gaining weight quickly.
