You‘re welcome :) Kampot is a beautiful city with very friendly people. So many people were smiling at me while walking the streets! I can definitely recommend visiting Kampot if you are in Cambodia.
I really wonder if the new Starbucks in Kampot has a lot of customers??? I really loved the 'Fish Market', it was a beautifull place, bit pricy compared to surrouunding places buut seriously worth it. Good service, food was wonderfull and honestly nothing negative to say abouuut the place. Loved to have a sunset drik there although my favourite spot - since 2005 - is still RikiTikiTavi to have a Suunset drink.
Always walk facing the traffic, so if they drive on the Right side as they do in Cambodia then walk on the Left side of the road, if they drive on the Left side s they do in Thailand then walk on the Right side. Facing the traffic is safer.
Kampot is probably the most overrated place in Cambodia. Dirty, crowded, expensive, low quality, unfriendly. Lots of stuff to see around the city though. Much better value in siem reap or battambang.
