Yes and Portugal wone with the highest score ever. It´s already the music with most covers of all time in Eurovision history. And yes it´s music with a wonderful and beatiful poem sang in his native language :)

Stephen Colville that's just a meme that is going on for a couple of years now. Some years ago every song and performance in the ESC was bright and crazy. Then I think four years ago they started to play more and more ballads and many people got annoyed by that (especially in the past two years). and this year was similar, the Portugese song being just an example for one of the ballads that was played . But this is coming from someone who liked lordi best out of all the ESCs they watched. I just prefer the crazy and freaky stuff when it comes to the ESC
