It was the signalling system that failed and thanks to the incompetent railways that they took no time to shift the entire burden to the deceased goods driver. Such a shame of Indian railways. Fix the trains, track, safety systems before operating them. NOT after operating them and not while the trains are being operated. Expect lower passengers and low revenue growth for the sheer disregard for passenger safety.
